1. Where is your gallery?

2911 Tennyson Ave #202 Eugene, OR 97408, at Crescent Village. We are located on the east side of the mustard-colored Inkwell Building, Crescent Village. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor and you will see Don Dexter Gallery across from the elevator, to the left of Eugene Dental Sleep Center

2. When are you open and can I schedule a viewing?

We are open to the public Tuesday through Saturday, 9am to 5pm.

Please check our Instagram and Facebook for holiday closures and exhibition changeovers.

To schedule a viewing appointment outside hours, please contact us at hello@dondextergallery.com with the date/time with a 48-hour notice and we will confirm the appointment.

3. Can I use the photographs from your website?

4. How do I purchase the artwork?

We accept debit and credit cards. If you are local, please view our online exhibition or simply send the name of the work to sales@dondextergallery.com.

We also offer local delivery for an additional fee, contact us to make arrangements.

5. Can I pick up the artwork on the same day of the payment?

Depending on the availability of the editions, we can coordinate a pickup date. If the artwork is a limited edition, it will remain through the show.

6. I’m not local, can you ship artwork?

Please email us at sales@dondextergallery.com to discuss custom shipping options.

7. Can I return the artwork I purchased?

Sales are final and cannot be returned.

8. Can you frame a print for me?

We do not currently offer framing options, but are happy to refer you to local framing businesses we recommend.

9. Are you currently accepting artist submissions?

Yes, we are accepting artist submissions from established and emerging artists and all types of media, preferably fine art, are welcome. Artists who have not previously exhibited at the Gallery receive priority over previous exhibitors and exhibitors who have had multiple exhibitions at the gallery.
